the culinary adventures of a girls' weekend

I spent the holiday weekend in Wichita for a little girl time with my sister-in-law, mom-in-law, and aunt-in-law.  It was a wonderfully relaxing weekend and included lots of great food! And antiquing and fabric shopping, and sewing and laughing and more eating.  Completely amazing.

Saturday morning, we stopped by the Donut Whole for some gourmet donuts.

(L-R) coconut, classic buttermilk, honeybee, and orange

MA and our (obviously shared between 4) Tang-y slushie.  The straws were a bit OOC.

After searching for treasures at the antique and fabrics shops, we stopped by Sport Burger for an early lunch.

If you can't tell from the picture, it was the best 99 cent hamburger I've ever had.  YUM!
